Queen's Award

Queen’s Award Presentation

Share

Last month on the 27th September, we hosted Lord Lieutenant of the West Midlands, Mr John Crabtree OBE, to receive our Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation. We are lost for words on how proud we are as a company to be awarded this amazing award.

The award was received by Mr Ian Jamie, who founded the company in 2000, which was then sold to Staeger in 2009 to become part of their European Group.

We are proud of our work during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the Covid-19 pandemic we created face visors for the NHS using Ocean Plastic waste, this helped countless NHS to be provided with PPE. This also allowed us to create something from plastic that plagues our environment, proving that that we can create something new from the old.

Also in attendance on the day was the Lord Mayor of Coventry, Cllr Kevin Maton (and Bernard), and the CEO of the Coventry Chamber of Commerce along with many friends and staff.
