Plastic Lids & Bases
Unlike traditional glued Lids & Bases, no adhesive is used in our process, as the four corners are ultrasonically welded from a die cut blank. As well as providing a closer tolerance, the absence of adhesive eliminates any taint and odour issues making it particularly attractive to Food & Confectionery manufacturers
As well as being used as a totally plastic Base & Lid set, lids only are a favourite enhancement for Rigid Boxes and Folding Boxboard Trays
