Ian Jamie – Managing Director Ian started his working life with Reed International as an accounting trainee. He then moved within the group to Field Packaging as a management accountant. He later became Chief accountant after having been given a year’s technical training in the factory. In 1987 he joined MY as a factory manager and in 1990 set up Carton Edge Ltd and later Carton Edge Systems Ltd in 1995, with Eddie Owen. Carton Edge Systems was awarded the Queen’s award for Enterprise in 2005 and won the export award in 2007. Clear Packaging Ltd was inaugurated in 2000 and won Packaging business of the year in 2007 and 2009. Clear Packaging was sold to the Staeger group in 2008 and is now known as Staeger Clear Packaging |

Chris Page – Commercial Director Chris began his career as apprentice at a small commercial printer in the West Midlands. After training on letterpress and multi-colour offset machinery he moved into the pre-production and repro area, creating artwork and producing films and plates for the presses. In 1996 he left to join D&S Transpak Limited, a manufacturer of transparent packaging, where he worked as part of the commercial office. Following time spent with the estimating, purchasing and preproduction departments he became Internal Sales Manager in 2000 and was promoted to General Manager in 2002. In 2007 the opportunity arose to join Staeger Clear Packaging. |

Jon Bullimore – Sales Director Jon has more than 35 years experience of sales account management & business development in the Packaging Industry. After joining the Sales Office of the family owned group, Robinson’s of Chesterfield in 1974, he became the first external Sales Representative for the company’s Injection & Blow Moulding business Robinson White Plastics in 1981. In 1997 he became Sales Director for their Paperboard Business, selling spirally wound tubes & rigid presentation boxes to major UK accounts including Nestle Rowntree, Mars Confectionery, Cadburys, Avon Cosmetics and United Biscuits. He was also the lead salesman when the company entered the Scotch Whisky Market, developing business with new clients such as William Grant and Pernod Ricard. He joined the Staeger Group in 2007. |

Peter Frisby – Production Manager Peter joined the company in 2002 and his responsibilities include Production, Quality, Hygiene, Health & Safety and Environmental issues. Prior to joining Staeger, he was a key member of the management team at the Wace Group [formerly Ferry Pickering] where he made a significant contribution to achieving the first BS7750 environmental certification and latterly a single site ISO 9001 accreditation. During his time with Wace, gained valuable experience of printing and converting folding boxboard cartons & tubes as well as transparent packaging. |

Maria Jones – Company Accountant Maria began her working life with a firm of accountants before joining Rock Group PLC, a computer manufacturer in 1992 as an accounts clerk. She studied for her accountancy qualifications at evening classes whilst working full time at Rock and progressed on to more senior roles, eventually becoming Financial Controller. She left Rock in 2005 to work briefly for two other companies before joining Staeger Clear Packaging in 2007 as Company Accountant. |
